Ever go to the gym and see the cardio bunnies and gym junkies who think the road to being fit and healthy is paid to a supplements and protein bars.  Well on closer inspection all may not be as healthy as it sounds.

Mmm, something’s not right here.  Look at this out of proportion leg to body ratio.  Ah, no wonder.  Upper body, upper suppers.  What a goose.

This bloke couldn’t knock the froth off a cappuccino.  I see we both like to put on a bit of a gun show.  What’s your max?

I wonder if she’s read the label before mixing this stuff up?  Like I always say bro, don’t drink it till you think it.  That’s funny.  

Have you got any idea what’s in that and what it’s doing to your guts?  Nah.  They’ve got ____ pretty ripped so must be full of good stuff.

There are better ways of getting results in the gym.  You can start with a balanced diet and getting plenty of shuteye.  

Some supplements can be beneficial but before you go down that path check with your doctor or a nutritionist to see what’s going to be good for you.
