Meet Joe, he’s into sports. He volunteers at his local club and sits on a committee. His whole family is involved. Sometimes he even gets to play. He loves it. 

Lately, Joe’s been overwhelmed. Sometimes things go wrong. He’s got to handle complaints and even deal with parents behaving badly. People say that the team selection process isn’t fair and there are rumours of discrimination. 

But, Joe’s committed. He wants his club to be safe, fair and inclusive for everyone. He also wants to educate, inform and support others in the club. But this is Joe’s hobby. He’s got a full-time job already. Sport is supposed to be fun.
