How do you make yourself approachable to club members?

I suppose it's about making them well known within the Club or community itself. So things like attending meetings at the beginning of the year and introducing yourself to them and building that rapport with club members. Letting them know of your role that you have within within the club that you know you are there to help them. If they do have any issues or concerns I think also making them notice if the club's been providing no details on club newsletters on the website, just let him know what a member protection information officer is and how they can help you. I think also where possible it'd be great to have more than one trained MPIO within clubs so to help cater for the different club needs and different personalities and perfectly like not having them having the MPIO as the president or head coach or a director. You know some people who are in a variety of different roles.
