They're different incidents that occur. They're not all the same. They're various we deal with everything on a case by case basis. They all have different contributing factors to them so you have to assess them as best you can. Based on the information that you're being given and then in understanding your policies and processes make sure that you're giving the right information and options to the person asking the right questions and then making sure that you're remaining neutral and independent to the whole the whole issue.
